without prior notice if there is a suspected risk to the security of the Site. In extreme cases, OpenEra Systems may find it
necessary to temporarily terminate the operation of the Site without prior notice in order to prevent a serious security
breach or other serious hazard to the Site
The security of a username and password issued to a user by OpenEra Systems is the responsibility of that user and
if the security and confidentiality of the username and password are suspected to have been compromised then it is the
responsibility of the user to contact OpenEra Systems immediately so that a new username/password can be issued and
the old one de-activated as soon as possible
User access to the Site and certain user activities including but not limited to file uploads or deletions are logged for
security and site usage analysis purposes.
VIRUSES AND MALIGNANT PROGRAMS
Each user of the Site should ensure that the computer equipment that they use to access the Site has up-to-date
anti-virus software installed on it.
Although OpenEra Systems web servers and associated systems have up-to-date anti-virus software installed and various
other protection mechanisms, OpenEra Systems cannot be held responsible for infection of a clients computer equipment
by virus software or other malignant program code.
In cases where it is suspected or known that the Site has been accessed by computer equipment that has been infected
with such malignant content, OpenEra Systems may find it necessary to temporarily terminate the operation of the Site without
prior notice in order to prevent the spread of the infection and to eliminate it where necessary from our equipment.
SITE AVAILABLITY
Although OpenEra Systems endeavours to maintain 100% provision of service for the Site, there will always be unforseen
or mitigating circumstances which require that the server or related hardware or software to be temporarily shut down or
deactivated - possibly resulting in interruption of the Site availability and services.
